Jeremy explained to me the functions of opening and closing the window that was installed. They also moved my furniture to obtain easy access to the window and returned them after when the install was completed. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our new windows installed last year and are very satisfied with the service and the product. Our house is on a hill, has numerous large pane picture windows as well as several that are able to open with screens. The winds we have had here recently in the Texas panhandle (combined with the snow, sleet and rain) have all stayed outside!!! We haven't had any whistling or noise issues and the amount of dust inside has dropped significantly! The double pane with the gas as well as the sun filtering tempered glass have made a big difference in the heat transference. The rooms inside remain temperature stable. We have just ordered the new windows for our downstairs and I look forward to working with Abram and his crews!
